John Critchley, Original Score Composer
John Critchley is probably best known as the driving force behind the widely celebrated Canadian band 13 Engines. The Engines recorded five albums and toured extensively for over a decade, creating a canon of work on the EMI and Nocturnal labels. 13 Engine songs have also appeared in Canadian Indie films such as THE LAW OF ENCLOSURES, starring Sarah Polley. John released his first solo CD "Crooked Mile," on the SoundKing/Outside imprint in 2000, to much critical acclaim. The track "Ricochet," is featured in GOLDIROCKS.
John built his own recording studio (Green Door Studio) which is where he composed and produced the Goldirocks score, and mastered  the Goldirocks Soundtrack CD. He currently works recording and producing other bands such as the critically acclaimed CD "Fists of Fury" by The Tijuana Bibles, Wayne Omaha (both in Goldirocks), N.Q. Arbuckle and Bluebird to name a few. This is John's first time scoring a feature film.
